One thing worth knowing before you read on: Ireland is in the middle of switching regulators. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 has been in force since 5 February 2026, and a lot of older advice online is now simply wrong. The before-and-after table further down shows what moved.

You do not have to take our word on the licence. The MGA register entry for LeoVegas Gaming plc lists the casino licence and its sister brands, and the Revenue register of remote bookmakers lists licence 1012453. Both entries were live when we checked on 21 September 2026.
Which answer fits your situation
Start from where you are, not from the question you think you should ask.
When someone writes in with a “quick question”, the real problem is usually one step earlier. A player asking about withdrawal time often has a verification request sitting unanswered. Making a first deposit

Waiting on a withdrawal
Check your inbox and the account’s verification area first. An unanswered document request is the most common reason a payout stalls. After approval, allow 3–5 business days for a card and less for an e-wallet. LeoVegas itself does not take a fee.
Account or access problems
If the site will not load, rule out a VPN, then the app version, then the network. If you are locked out after a failed ID check, chat support can tell you which document was rejected. Photos cut off at the edges or older than three months are the usual culprits.

What has not changed is tax. Winnings from gambling are still yours in full in Ireland, and the duty falls on the operator, not on you. Our tax guide sets out the statute. For the regulator’s own timetable, the GRAI website and Citizens Information are the two sources we check first.
On the casino licence gap: until the GRAI licenses online gaming, no Irish body rules on a casino complaint. That does not make LeoVegas unregulated; LeoVegas Gaming plc answers to the MGA. Does LeoVegas have a phone number for Irish players?
No. Support runs through live chat and email only, and chat is not always staffed around the clock. If you need a paper trail, for example on a disputed withdrawal, email is the better route because you keep a written record.
Can I play LeoVegas on my phone in Ireland?
Yes. The site works in any mobile browser, and there is an iOS app in the Irish App Store. The games, cashier and account limits are the same on mobile as on desktop.
Is there a LeoVegas bonus code?
