If chat doesn’t fix it, ask LeoVegas to log a formal complaint and keep the reference, dates and screenshots.
Go to the independent dispute service
LeoVegas’s terms name eCOGRA as an appointed alternative dispute resolution service. It is free for players and mediates on game results, bonuses and account decisions.
Complain to the Malta Gaming Authority
The MGA’s player complaint form covers its licensees, including LeoVegas Gaming plc. The MGA expects you to have tried the operator first.
Found an outdated bonus figure, a payment method that’s gone, or a sentence you think is simply wrong? We don’t run a public inbox, phone line or social accounts, so the fastest fix comes from the checks we already run: every page is re-verified against its sources, and the Checked date in the byline shows when that last happened. Is online casino licensed in Ireland?
Not yet. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 has been in force since 5 February 2026, and the GRAI started with remote betting licences on 1 July 2026. Casino licences come in a later phase, so LeoVegas serves Irish casino players under its MGA licence.
